As many of you know, we have planned to put together a camping trip to the Oregon Coast for this summer! We will be going to the Barview Jetty, which is a part of/near Tillamook bay area.
The price breakdown is as follows:
- 26.64 for one tent+car. 7.77 for each additional tent and 5.55 for each additional vehicle.
-You can have a max of 12 people per camp sit, so ideally bunking up with people would be best if you want to save some money!
-Food/Gas would be dependent on the number of people going, but we have guys and gals already working on food/cooking that would include Breakfast/Dinner. We would divide the price for food based on the amount needed divided by people going, and lunch would be on each person to take care of each day. This is another area where it would be best to team up with people, similar to additional tent cost, we could save on additional car cost and gas if people rode together out there... plus that is just more fun anyway!
-We also have to look into further group rates for the more private camping spots we want, so we will notify you of any price increases, but we would all split the tent sites up to where people would be paying as evenly as possible, so don't worry about getting stuck paying for a site by yourself!
Some of us are already going out there early to for setting up camp the day of, so if anyone want to take part in that or help with food prep/planning let us know that!
The dates for this trip will be Aug. 1-4 OR Aug. 8-11. Reply to this email letting us know which date works best for you and we will pick the date that benefits the most people.
