As many of you know this week is our collective scattering week for community group. It is true that we want to be a people who are on mission to our communities often, even having to shift parts of our every day lives to that end, but this once a month we set aside a regular gathering time to help in that. We all have busy schedules, and we try to free up our Wednesday evenings as much as possible to spend time getting to know one another and help one another grow. Plus we like good food. We decided a long time ago though as a church that one week during this set apart time to focus on those who God has placed in our lives, and us in theirs, who do not yet know Him. That's what we call collective scattering if you are new here. We regularly meet on this day each week, but this week we meet with friends and family who are not Christians if we/they can. Praying for all of your weeks, I hope they are fun!
