Looking forward to seeing all of you! This week we will be enjoying a salad bar for our meal. Crowl's will provide the base of chopped romain lettuce and spinach (if you prefer any other lettuce feel free to bring that as well). We could use help rounding out the bar with the following...
- Protien (chicken, steak, beans, bacon, etc.)
- Nuts and seeds
- Whole grains (quinoa, rice, couscous, etc.)
- Veggie Toppings (cucumber, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, olives, onions, beets, etc.)
- Fruit Toppings (berries, dried fruit, etc.)
- Cheese (blue, feta, cheddar, parmasean, etc.)
- Dressings/ Vinegarettes
- Crunchy toppings (croutons, Asian noodles, sunflower seeds, etc.)
- rolls or another side
- drinks
- dessert
Get creative with it! If you feel like I left something out that you love feel free to add to this list. As always, please comment below with what you would like to bring and if you can make it.
