Howdy Troops!

This week we're going to change things up a bit and go out to eat! Let's meet at the Beaverton Panera at our usual time of 6:30. The address is 3435 Southwest Cedar Hills Boulevard (if you haven't guessed, it's in the Cedar Hills shopping area).

Be thinking this week through areas where we can serve as a community group. I thought it would be great for us to join up with the Garden Home community group next week, Wednesday the 27th, to serve alongside them at the Northwest Children's Outreach (check out the website at http://www.northwestchildrensoutreach.org/), but more details to come on that next week.

In the meantime, don't forget about our week of prayer. We will meet as a church body every morning this week at 6 a.m. to pray through different aspects of our core values, and reflect on the crucifixion and resurrection. The week will end with our Good Friday service at 6 p.m. Hope to see you all there and have a great week!

  1. SWEET! I'm all for NCO. It is one of the ministries my former family, Ethnos Church, served at regularly. I enjoyed serving at the Pearl location. My apartment is definitely a possible meeting place if the need arises over the next few weeks. Eating out sounds great for a change! Sorry to have missed you all on Sunday.

  2. Thanks for the word about the prayer thing. I'll listen to yesterday's sermon right now and consider joining in the morning... as long as zombies are welcome.
